SHIPPING POLICY

Our coffee gets roasted to order, therefore our deliveries will be completed within a 3 - 5 day turnaround, depending on your location.

Deliveries need to be signed for.  Therefore please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address during normal working hours.

A flat rate of R100 is charged per delivery.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY

Should an order be received with the incorrect contents, the customer may return for an exchange.

In the unlikely event that a customer is dissatisfied with their order, the return must be done within 7 days of having received the order.

DAMAGED GOODS

Should a parcel be received with any damage to the contents, we will exchange the damaged goods. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required.  

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment is done via Yoco online payment portal.

PayPal should be added soon to the payment system.
